Location: Portland, OR

Summary: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with monitoring dashboards and ticketing systems and responding to issues in a timely manner, working for external customers to monitor alarm, access control, ATM, and camera surveillance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Monitors dashboards and ticketing Systems.
  2. Reviews alarm activity and notifies appropriate parties.
  3. Responds immediately to issues and/or escalates when appropriate.
  4. Resolves issues remotely.
  5. Answers phones and provides customer service.
  6. Troubleshoots ATM and alarm calls and Camera Surveillance. 
  7. Performs daily manual status checks.
  8. Performs other related duties as required.


  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • 1 - 2 years customer service experience.
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Windows 7 troubleshooting, Firewalls, and Microsoft Office.
