Cook Security Group, listed as a 100 Best Companies to Work for, is looking for a Full-Time NOC ITM Support Specialist with excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills, a professional attitude and appearance, and the ability to integrate into our "We Make It Happen!" culture.

Location: Portland, OR

Summary: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, successfully supporting Interactive Teller Customers and CSG Implementation Specialists using remote systems, monitoring NOC dashboards and ticketing systems and responding to issues in a timely manner, and working for other external customers to monitor alarm, access control, ATM and camera surveillance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Monitors Dashboards and Ticketing Systems.
  2. Works on all support tickets for ITM customers.
  3. Troubleshoots ATM/alarm calls, access control and Camera Surveillance. 
  4. Coordinates software support with 3rd party vendors.
  5. Assists in training new customers on how to use NCR Interactive Teller software.
  6. Assists with installations and configures customers' server and terminal software.
  7. Supports field technicians with remote support of new ITM bring live configurations.
  8. Reviews alarm activity and notifies appropriate parties.
  9. Responds immediately to issues and/or escalates when appropriate.
  10. Answers phones and provides customer service.
  11. Resolves issues remotely.
  12. Performs daily manual status checks.
  13. Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1-2 years customer support experience.
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Windows 7 troubleshooting, Linux and Windows Physical or Virtual Server, proprietary third party software (as job requires), TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, and Microsoft Office.
