Cook Security Group, listed as a 100 Best Companies to Work for, is looking for a Full-Time ITM Service Technician with excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills, a professional attitude and appearance, and the ability to integrate into our "We Make It Happen!" culture.

Summary: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to provide ITM maintenance, Security, and second line ATM maintenance with an emphasis on hardware and software problem diagnosis by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Services electronic, ITM and ATM products.
  2. Maintains NCR Interactive Teller and ATM software.
  3. Assists with installation and configures customer's server and terminal software.
  4. Troubleshoots and wires electronic equipment used in systems.
  5. Perform basic installation and minor repairs on all ATM products (multiple manufacturers) and services.
  6. Prioritizing and planning service calls.
  7. Contacting customer with the estimated time of arrival.
  8. Accurately reports service data.
  9. Interacts in a professional manner with customers and co-workers to foster positive relationships.
  10. Supports service technicians in performing preventative maintenance inspections on conventional products.
  11. Maintains effective communication with Business Management Team and Service Technician Team members.
  12. Provides maintenance on ITM/ATM banking products (e.g. problem diagnosis, component level repair, application reload, preventative maintenance, documentation and planning/maintaining spare parts levels.
  13. Develops a working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and procedures.
  14. Completes equipment cleanings as specified in service agreement.
  15. Maintains and manages vehicle tool and parts stock, keeping appropriate equipment and consumable levels at all times.
  16. Performs other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • NCR Certification is a plus.
  • Customer service experience
  • Great communication skills and team player
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to lift 60lbs.
