Location: Seattle Metro, WA

Summary: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, retaining and driving sales revenue for multiple regional territories, acting as the primary customer-facing position (in addition to Account Managers and with the support of Inside Sales and Customer Service), and communicating micro-market conditions back to the management team. This position's primary function is to grow business by introducing customers and prospects to all company products and business lines.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  1. Fulfills Budgeted Sales Revenue goals by following Customer Relations Manager Service and ROR goals (combination of existing business and new business goal).
  2. Prospects and targets select new business accounts by cold calling, schedule meetings, demonstrations, and presentations as necessary to bring on new business.
  3. Responsible for being educated on service and product lines and to reach out to CSG resources & experts when applicable.
  4. Turns all quotes (service and installs) around within 48 hours (when applicable).
  5. Presents company overview, selects business lines, and utilizes company sales materials in SharePoint (i.e. PowerPoint, product sheets, services sheets, etc. reach out to specialists when applicable).
  6. Ensures all quarterly meetings are scheduled, and ultimately completed, and all appropriate invitees (both externally and internally) are invited.
  7. Maximizes each customer's GAP analysis, ensuring all business lines are maximized (collaborating with the agreements department).
  8. Reviews all Preventive Maintenance analyses for sales opportunities (works with House Account Manager and internal as needed).
  9. Ensures all company campaigns are presented (i.e.  ITM, ATM, C3, scheduling the experts to present in person) to the appropriate audience.
  10. Tracks all meetings and update all contacts in CRM & dynamics.
  11. Ensures ASMs are teeing up teammates for success and utilizing CSG forms/etc. (collaborate with Account Manager).
  12. Ensures ASMs have all the support they need to be successful (ongoing and evolving).
  13. Helps lead regional team Revenue A to Z meetings.
  14. Helps collect A/R as needed.
  15. Works closely with Agreements team.
  16. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.


  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Bachelors or Masters preferred.
  • Four or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of Complex solution sales or Technical sales and/or installation experience.
  • Sales experience or demonstratable ability to communicate features/benefits of technology in a complex environment utilizing exceptional communication skills is required.
  • Must have or achieve/maintain detailed product knowledge.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to travel for up to a week when necessary.
